Summer and Selena

Summer Glau, an American actor, is most well-known for her performances in the roles of River Tam and Cameron in Firefly. It is also the title of her show The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Additionally her roles, she appeared in the series The 4400 The Unit The Cape Arrow Sequestered and Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck as well as guest-starred for the series Hawaii Five-0. As well as appearing in movies such as Serenity, Knights of Badassdom and Knights of Badassdom, the actress has done TV movies and short films like Mammoth the Beginning of Sarah Deadly Honeymoon to help with the Christmas season Dead End Inside the Box and many more. Glau was awarded numerous honors and awards until now. FHM included her twice in its top lists of 100 Sexiest Females in the World. She also appeared in the magazine Wizard's Sexiest Women of TV. Maxim also included the American as part of its Hot 100. Glau won the SFX Award as Best Actress in Serenity. Her performance in the film Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles was rewarded with The Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . Selena was the youngest of three siblings who were born to Marcela and Abraham Quintanilla. When Selena was eight she began working in a group created by her dad. The group was comprised of Selena and her older siblings Abraham junior, who played base guitar and Sister Suzette who was a drummer as well as Selena sang in the band. They were known as Selena Y Los Dino and Selena would be performing with her siblings in various venues, wedding fairs, bars and several other venues. The band was very demanding for Selena as well as her brothers and sisters, so they didn't have much of an early childhood, but they had the opportunity to develop into dedicated musicians by the tenacity of their father Abraham. Abraham Senior was also a member of his Los Dinos original band. Selena Y Los Dinos was officially formed in 1981. The band was a tradition of the family and the major source of family income. While it was not without its struggles in the beginning, with a lack of cash, the Quintanilla family persevered and remained focused with their efforts to become an effective group. Selena Y Los Dinos became popular in western states by in the late 80s. In 1986, the group got their first taste of success in the form of Selena received awards for Female Singer of the Year and Artist of the Year in the Tejano music awards. From then on, Selena Y Los Dinos were among the top winners year after year and gained notoriety and fame. A number of Spanish television shows that were based in Spanish, such as El Show De Johnny Canales all the time in Domingo (Saturday night Gigante) and El Show De Johnny Canales every Sunday, were a part of the show.
